Om Printed Ocean Drum

A customary Nepali folk instrument which creates the sound of the ocean wave. It is played with the involvement of different instruments. The body is made with the wooden frame, covered with leather and contains iron balls inside the instrument when rolled delivers the sound of ocean waves. The sound of the drum differs with the speed, stopping and starting of the drum play. It is also used for the medication purpose as it has impact in the healing of mind with its sound. It is 10 inch in measurement and accessible in the design of “Om” which is a sacred sound and spiritual symbol in Hinduism.
