Double Filtered Desi Kattha Biscuits.

Catechu or Cutch also known as Kattha is a concentrate or extract of Acacia trees utilized variously as a food additive, astringent, tannin, and dye. It is extracted from several species of Acacia, but especially Senegalia catechu (Acacia catechu), by boiling the wood in water and evaporating the resulting brew. Since ancient times, it has been used in Ayurvedic medicine as well as breath-freshening spice mixtures. It is also an important recipe in a food called “Paan” in South Asia. This product is a slab or biscuit of cutch, which is double-filtered and made by the machine in the weight of approximately 9 kg per slab or biscuit, which is purely made by Khair Wood or Acacia Catechu.
